Refurbishing Dilapidated Industrial Units

When a tenant moves out of the unit that unit needs to be put back and restored to fully lettable condition before that unit can be re let to a new tenant. It is common with leases of industrial units that whatever the cost to return the unit to its original condition will be included as an extra payment at the end of the lease. We are happy to work either with the outgoing tenants to return the building to perfect condition before the lease expires to avoid charges associated with that work being added as a charge at the end of your lease or more commonly we work with the agents to put the building back to original condition the cost of which is then passed to the existing tenant.
