We are a highly experienced industrial contractor and project management firm, specialising in the construction, renovation, and repair of industrial buildings and estates

RMS Midlands is a family run business, formed in 2011 with a hand picked team of qualified, experienced, contractors with over 35 years in various areas of industrial project management. The basis for the formation of the company was to simplify and streamline the experience of our clients by becoming a ‘one stop shop’ for estate managers and funds who are responsible for industrial units and trading parks.

In our experience of the industry, estate managers and funds have previously had to employ builders, electricians, plumbers and other specialists themselves, leaving a great amount of work to tie in and synchronise these different contractors. Our approach is to offer all of these services to our clients in one package. We employ, and work with, specialist teams in all areas of the trade so we can budget and schedule any type of job; from a simple tarmac to repair to extending a Trading Estate with new buildings with custom layouts, interiors, exteriors and more.

A great deal of our work is managing units on Trading Estates where a tenant is moving in or out of the unit, that unit must be specially designed for their uses and must be returned to its original state when the tenant leaves the unit. We have experience a very small to very large jobs taking on units of hundreds of thousands of square feet and jobs budgeted at well over a million pounds.

Another aspect of the business is on the maintenance side where landowners and industrial estates are required to keep their premises and equipment up to a standard. We can carry out planned maintenance like the servicing of heating or roller shutters, to repairs around the site such as tarmac repairs, site lighting upgrades and repairs, energy efficiency upgrades, whatever the client requires.

Our aim is to make life as easy as possible for our clients and to that end we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can work around existing tenants if required.
